Company history
REICON Heating Technology and Water Chemical Processing Leipzig GmbH was founded on 1. July in 1992.
The company originated from a department of the Institute of Energetics in Leipzig, which carried out extensive research work in the field of heating technology and water chemical processing in co-operation with the former academy institutes.
During this time of research work the conditioning agent ODACON® was developed and successfully tested in conventional and nuclear power stations as well as in heating networks.
Our team, many of which took part in the development of ODACON® and all related technologies, represent over 30 years of professional experience in the field of power station chemical engineering.
Since the year of start-up the REICON® Leipzig GmbH presents steadily increasing turnover figures.
The basis for this success is the constant further development of our product- and service spectrum. This involves the development of specified products for the conservation of engines and cooling circuits as well as the design of cleaning technologies and custom-made applications for a large variety of different industrial firms.
With our comprehensive product- and service spectrum we are successfully present in the domestic as well as in the international market.
Our clientele is spread all over Europe and the REICON® Leipzig GmbH products are also employed in Russia, China and the Middle East countries.
