To use the waste heat of the CHP plants and thus optimise the efficiency, they are usually coupled with a local district heating supply or connected to district heating networks. To protect against corrosion and deposits, we support our customers in the control and treatment of the heating water in accordance with VDI 2035 or AGFW worksheet 510.
Our services in detail:
When operating with untreated water, deposits can form, especially in the heat exchangers, which severely impede heat transfer. These can be hardness deposits but also corrosion products or biofilms.
To restore optimum heat transfer and thus efficient plant operation, we carry out chemical cleaning on heat exchangers of all types, in particular:
Cleaning can be carried out in the installed condition (CIP) on-site or on dismantled exchangers or individual plates in our workshop.
